1. Scope and provider

These terms apply to the purchase of “Teleprompter Pro” on this website. The provider and your contracting party is AMZ-PRODUCTS GmbH, Krummspät 78, 26810 Westoverledingen, Germany (further details in the legal notice). The contract language is English.

2. Service

The teleprompter on this website is free to use. Only Teleprompter Pro is subject to a charge. Pro unlocks the following functions in the browser in which it is activated: script library (saving several scripts locally), import of .txt and .docx files, speaking-time estimate and matching scroll speed, countdown before scrolling, sections to jump between, color and font choices, and a reading guide.

Pro is stored in your browser's local storage. It applies only to that browser on that device, is not transferred to other devices or browsers and is lost if you delete your browser data. Your scripts are stored only on your device; we have no access to them and cannot restore them. Pro does not include recording, remote control from a second device or any server storage. Pro requires JavaScript and is designed for a computer with a keyboard. We do not promise that it runs in a particular browser or on a particular device; the free teleprompter uses the same software, so you can check before buying whether it works in your browser. Full screen is only available where the browser offers it (not, for example, in Safari on iPhone). We do not promise any particular result of its use.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of Pro on the website is not yet a binding offer. Clicking “Buy Pro” takes you to the payment page of our payment service provider Stripe, where you can check and correct your details. By clicking the button for payment on that page you submit a binding offer; the contract is concluded with the successful payment. We do not store the contract text separately; you can view and print these terms on this page at any time.

4. Price and payment

The price is €9.00 (euros), one-time. This is a final price; any statutory value added tax payable by us is included. There is no subscription and no renewal. Payment is made at Stripe using the payment methods offered there and is due immediately. If you pay in another currency, your card issuer may charge conversion fees.

5. Provision

Pro is available immediately after payment: return to the website in the browser in which you clicked “Buy Pro” and click “Activate Pro”. If this does not work (e.g. because your browser does not allow local storage or you want to use a different browser), write to [email protected]; we will help you or refund the price.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal. Details, including its early expiry for digital content, are given in the withdrawal policy.

7. Warranty and liability

The statutory rights in respect of defects of digital products apply (§§ 327 et seq. German Civil Code, BGB). We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the Product Liability Act. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage; otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded.

8. Dispute resolution and final provisions

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
