Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (AMZ-PRODUCTS GmbH, Krummspät 78, 26810 Westoverledingen, Germany, email: [email protected], phone: 0160 7757026) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content
Teleprompter Pro is digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. The right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performing the contract after you have (1) expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, (2) confirmed your knowledge that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, and (3) we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract (§ 356(5) German Civil Code, BGB). You give this consent with the checkbox next to “Buy Pro” and again on the Stripe payment page when you complete the purchase; Pro is available immediately afterwards. The consent text on the Stripe payment page is shown in German and reads in English: “By purchasing, I expressly request that provision of the digital content begins before the withdrawal period expires. I am aware that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal.”
